​The service is delivered by Physec Compliance Group LLC, using well-trained professional staff. All of our Staff are disabled combat veterans. We work with Veteran Groups by providing employment opportunities and training to those who have served our country and left something behind. Physec Compliance Group LLC has dedicated a full-time staff that works with many outside organizations that support hiring for these individuals, and has also developed tools to hone its approach to recruit and retain the best employees. Physec Compliance Group LLC utilizes this “high-touch” philosophy in recruitment as well, by establishing a personal connection with veteran candidates based on shared military and civilian experiences.

Consultations take place on-site, though limited services away from the worksite are available. Primarily targeted for smaller, high-hazard businesses, Physec Compliance Group LLC's safety and health consultation program is completely separate from the OSHA inspection efforts. In addition, no citations are issued or penalties proposed. Confidentiality will be strictly maintained during the consultation process. The Physec Compliance Group LLC's consultant will only report hazard information, if any, to the employer.
